Sister Cities Haiku Contest Award Haiku

Millikin University co-sponsored the Sister Cities Haiku Contest as part of the Global Haiku Festival. Students and adults from Decatur, Tokorozawa, and Seevetal shared their haiku which were judged by an international team of haiku writers.

The Sister Cities sponsored a haiku contest for citizens of these three cities with the award-winning haiku presented at the opening reception.

The winning haiku were displayed at the Decatur Public Library for a month before and after the festival. See the winning haiku at:
