This book was created over a 5 week period as I began my journey learning about American and Japanese haiku. I began my journey in Global Haiku Traditions at Millikin University. This haiku is amateur, but it came straight from the heart!

deer camp
one of the guys
grandpa

father son
deep conversation
cold beer

sunny day
bride walking down the aisle
I DO!

last night
deep conversation
the sun rises

on the beach
toes in the sand
not a worry in the world

old dirt road
farmers in the fields
the dust blows

sun beating down
5 boats tied up together
PARTY!

driving on the highway
mile after mile
where have I been
