Brad Tubbs

Acting major at Millikin University, Brad Tubbs performed in the play Just Friends based on Alexis Rotella's haiku.

He also completed an interesting project Haiku from a child psychologist, writing a collection of haiku from the fictional persona of a child therapist.

hand in hand
star watching
cheap date

string of parked cars
red security lights
talk to one another

my morning ritual
fifty four cents
six shiny chocolate doughnuts

  

 

grandpa in the hospital
40’s radio plays
we dance in wheel chairs

grandma’s house
my sister and I
race to the cookie cabinet
